The product is artistic and was ordered on 12-11 and arrived on 15-11. Installation is easy but you need to focus on drilling as the weight is not accurate so it doesn’t drill much. You need a drill for drilling and a square screwdriver only, and programming is easy from the app and supports Arabic. There’s a catalog showing how to identify the phone, fingerprint, and card. I don’t know how long the battery lasts because I just installed it. I installed it on a wooden door. The piece with the ring didn’t change; it’s the same as the old regular lock. The cardboard arrived damaged and bent despite good packaging and bubble wrap, but the product is intact. It comes with two keys, 5 access cards, and a Type-C charger that doesn’t come with it for emergencies.

All fine, good seller with good support. (i did not need support for this smart lock but for a special lock body from the same seller). The only small cons for this smart lock is, that the usb connector is micro usb and not usb c. but i hope that i won’t need it at some point.
